The Transformation Challenge
The second EJCFITNESS 8-Week Challenge (“The Challenge”) is a self-improvement body transformation challenge.
How to enter
To officially enter The Challenge you must register by submitting the following information (in English) at the beginning and end of The Challenge:
3 full-length digital photos taken from the (1) front, (2) back, and (3) side. You should wear a sports bra and shorts.
The following measurements in the US Standard System (feet/inches/pounds): height, weight, waist, hips, arm, and thigh.
Rules
You should complete a minimum of 3 workouts to be considered for the final price (Two free months of At Home Classes).
I will provide meal plan recommendations based on weight and height if you need them.
Deadlines
The entry period for submitting “Before” information will begin on January 14th, 2022 at 12 pm MST and end on January 16th at 11 pm MST. The challenge will start on January 17th.
Upon completion of The Challenge, the period for submitting “After” information will begin on March 14th at 12 pm MST and end on March 18th at 11 pm MST.
How winners will be selected
The Challenge judges are going to be two other female trainers friend of mine from OTF and will select winners based on a combination of the biggest visual and numerical (measurements) transformations.
Terms and Conditions: Risks from participating in At Home Workouts and/ or classes may be aggravated if you are pregnant, suffer from an underlying medical condition, take medication, smoke cigarettes, have a family history of coronary disease, or have recently suffered an illness, injury or impairment. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to consult a physician before undertaking any fitness activity. It is also your responsibility to determine during your participation in At Home Workouts and/ or classes, whether you should discontinue your participation in such activities or take any other actions to protect your health. You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and mentally fit and/ or adequately skilled to participate in At Home Workouts and/ or classes.
